1. How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you like, choose the quantity or variant, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, go to the checkout page, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment.
2. Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience next time.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, Cash On Delivery, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets (like Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe).
4. How long does shipping take?
Our processing time is usually 1–3 business days, and delivery takes around 5–10 business days depending on your location.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can use that to check the delivery status anytime.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
7. What is your return or refund policy?
We offer easy returns and refunds for eligible products. If your product is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
